Refunds

Here at Milly Moo, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

Refunds:

  • We currently do not offer refunds for a change of mind.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To expedite the process, please include a photo of the damage and your order number in your email.
  • Once we receive your email and verify the damage, we will be happy to offer you a replacement item (subject to availability), store credit, or a full refund (including original shipping costs).

Please note:

  • We reserve the right to request the return of the damaged or faulty item before issuing a replacement, store credit, or refund.
  • Return shipping costs for damaged or faulty items will be covered by Milly Moo.
